1. How do I sign up to Unique Print?

You can visit our website: www.uniqueprint.ph and click the START A STORE tab.

 

An activation link will be sent to your email and this will automatically log you into the backend of your own web store.

2. Is there a free trial?

Account sign-up is FREE. You can make products with your designs and start designing.

3. Is there a Monthly or Annual fee?

So far, you are not required to pay any monthly or annual fee.

4. Can I do any design Concept?

Yes, as long as it’s your own artwork. Avoid using copyrighted materials

5. Can my designs and artwork be exclusively used under my brand?

Your artwork will only be used under your brand.

6. Where is Unique print located?

Our Fulfillment center is located at 1443 Felix Huertas Street, Sta. Cruz Manila

7. When can I get my merchandise?

If your artwork and design is already available, your products will be delivered within three days

8. What is the turnaround time after my customers place their orders?

Turnaround time is 3-5 business days depending on customer’s ordered products, quantity & location.

9. Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order for most items.

10. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, through our partner couriers. We use Lalamove or Grab Express if delivery within Metro Manila and LBC for provincial.

11. Do you deliver outside the Philippines?

Yes. Through international bound couriers.

12. Who will pay for the shipping fee?

Shipping fee is on top of the product price and your customer will have to shoulder it. We offer free shipping for orders above P10,000

13. What are the payment options of the customers?

They can pay their items through bank transfer, PayPal, Gcash and Money Remittance.

14. Do you accept Cash on Delivery orders?

COD is not allowed

15. How do I get in touch with with Unique Print Customer Service and Support?

16. Where can I see the orders and revenue generated from the webstore?

We will provided you the login details to your store that you may access through the Unique Print PH home page. In here you will be able to do a multitude of things.

17. How do I receive my profit?

Your profit will be sent to your registered bank or PayPal account and summary of computation will be emailed to you.

18. When do I receive my profit

You will receive your profit weekly together with the summary of computation for your reference. Cut off is every Saturday, payment deposit is every Wednesday

19. How to I track the order after you ship them to the customer

Once an item has been shipped, you and your customer will be given a tracking number which can be tracked on the courier’s website.

20. Can I ship the items myself to the customer?

You can do this but you will have to shoulder the shipping fee from Unique Print warehouse to your delivery address

21. Do you offer custom branding of tags, product labels and packaging?

Yes, we do. Product label stickers and hang tags with your branding will be provided but at an additional cost

22. I can't login to my store, can you help?

You can contact our Support team to help you login to your web store.

23. Do you give discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. You may contact our Support and Marketing team for bulk order discounts and special pricing.
